Deck Build: 8/10: It was i bit diverse for a common monarch deck but it worked. ^_^.

Dueling Style 8/10: It was offensive but also defensive. Perfect Balance. Sometimes he relied on tokens rather then monsters themselves. Sometimes he waiting with his tokens to play something better which took time and gets a few points deducted

Use Of Cards: 17/20: He did use every card he could but sometimes used at the wrong time. Sometimes Prio was a prob but it all got sorted in the end.
